At Change wiTHIN Meals, we believe ALL foods can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle. The key to this belief is PORTION SIZE. We thoughtfully develop meals to fuel your lifestyle and energy needs. We offer two meal portion sizes: Slim & Trim and Fitness. Both portion sizes are balanced in Carbohydrates, Fats, and Proteins. So, what is the difference between the two?


Slim & Trim Meals are for customers who have a sedentary lifestyle. For example, this customer works 9am – 5pm at a computer screen or behind a desk. Their average daily steps are less than 5,000 and they only have time to exercise 1-2 times per week. For this customer, we have made a variety of meals that are low in carbohydrates, high protein, and a moderate amount of healthy fat. The carbohydrates are less than 35g/meal. If you’re a diabetic, this is no more than two exchanges. We focus on lean protein sources such as chicken, turkey, fish, and shrimp. Each Slim & Trim Meal will have 4.5oz – 5oz of a lean protein to help boost your metabolism. Last is the fat content. The fat content is between 10g-18g per meal. Fat is going to be your best friend if you’re trying to lose weight. Fat is responsible for making you feel full. Additionally, it takes your body 10 hours to breakdown fat and turn it into useable energy or stored as body fat.


Fitness Meals are for the customer that has a very active lifestyle. This client reaches 10,000 steps daily and participates in vigorous exercise at least 3-5 times per week. For this customer, we have made a variety of meals that are higher in carbs and protein. The carbohydrates will range from 45g-60g. This is roughly 4 to 5 carb exchanges. The protein also comes from a lean protein source such as chicken, turkey, fish, and shrimp. The Fitness Meals will have 5.5oz – 6oz of a lean protein. This is 38g to 42g of protein per meal. Fitness Meals also have a moderate amount of fat to help your body absorb all the fat-soluble vitamins in the vegetables.
