Meet the Owner
Kaitlyn Smith is a Health and Nutrition professional with a heart for helping people reach their wellness goals. She is passionate about eating a nutritious diet because the food you regularly consume directly correlates to your health, energy level, and happiness. Kaitlyn’s goal is to share her love of food by providing a healthy-eating lifestyle to everybody in the Atlanta community.

Kaitlyn graduated with a Food and Nutrition degree from The University of Alabama. She moved to Carrollton, and while pursuing the path to become a registered dietitian, she found a passion for cooking meals for others – the same delicious meals she also prepared for herself.

Kaitlyn previously worked as a nutritionist for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and Southern Therapy Services (STS). She worked closely with her clients to help change their current lifestyle and eating habits. Through her nutrition counseling, she recognized the need for healthy and convenient food options for those in the Carrollton area. Kaitlyn’s clients were seeing weight-loss success; however, they struggled to find the time to prepare healthy meals.
Kaitlyn believed that if her clients could have at least one nutritionally balanced meal a day, they would see more success in achieving their weight-loss, fitness goals. When she made her “One-of-a Kind Kale Salad” for herself, she decided to make extras for her clients. It became a huge success because they loved the convenience of having a ready-made meal designed to meet their energy needs. They asked for additional meal options, and that’s when she knew it was time to expand the menu and the kitchen.
